Intentions 2012 meditative intuitive painting is back! Get ready for a one day workshop on January 14 or 15 at Sister Regina School in Simpson Bay with Esther Schenkel. The workshop makes visible, via colours and shapes, what lives inside you, conscious or unconscious. At the beginning of the course, there will be a short introduction and explanation about painting techniques and colours. Then there will be a guided meditation, music and free artistic expression. The idea is that you listen to your inner self, your soul and artistically interpret your emotions and feelings whilst mastering peace. Making a meditative intuitive painting is a very personal, challenging, fascinating, inspiring and creative discovery. It is not about the result, but about the path you walk and, according to the workshop organizer, "it is something we can all do."
